New Variety Planted 2023
First flower observed in 2025
White King Hollywood, also known simply as White King, is a premium white-fleshed dragon fruit from the genus Hylocereus and species undatus. While it shares many familiar traits with other undatus varieties, it stands apart for one notable reason — exceptional sweetness, making it a standout within this group.
The fruit features a classic red skin with bright green fins and clean white flesh, paired with a large white night-blooming flower. Average fruit size is around 500 g, offering a desirable balance between yield and eating quality. This variety was sourced from a New South Wales dragon fruit enthusiast and is now being assessed under South East Queensland conditions.
