Pitaya and Vanilla Porridge

Make your normal porridge.  
I didn't add the porridge recipe as I always eye ball milk / oat ratio.
Some time I cook my porridge creamy on the stove and some times when time is lacking I zap it in the microwave.
Milk taste always change too almond, soy, full cream and even long life when we haven't been to the shops. 
Add a teaspoon of pink papaya powder for some popping colour and antioxidants.
Stir until combined.
 
Layer with some fresh banana, shredded coconut and blue berries. (You can use any other seasonal fruit you have on hand)
 
I like to dust with wild vanilla powder for extra flavour a an drizzle of rare dragon fruit honey for some sweetness.
