A crunchy tropical-style muesli packed with seeds, grains, nuts, and sweet pieces of dehydrated white dragon fruit.

Ingredients
- 2 cups puffed rice
- 1 cup buckwheat
- 1/2 cup quinoa
- 1/4 cup amaranth
- 1 cup macadamias, roughly chopped
- 1/2 cup sunflower kernels
- 1/2 cup pumpkin kernels
- 1 cup dehydrated white dragon fruit, chopped
- 1/2 cup currants
- 1/2 cup sultanas
- 1/3 cup dried apricots, chopped
- 1/3 cup dried apples, chopped
- 1/4 cup rice bran
- 1/4 cup rice flour
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp macadamia oil
Method
- Preheat oven to 140°C.
- In a large bowl combine puffed rice, buckwheat, quinoa, amaranth, macadamias, sunflower kernels, pumpkin kernels, rice bran, and rice flour.
- In a small saucepan gently warm the honey, macadamia oil until combined.
- Spread onto lined baking trays and bake for 20–30 minutes, stirring occasionally until lightly golden.
- Allow to cool completely.
- Stir through dehydrated dragon fruit, currants, sultanas, dried apricots, and dried apples.
Serve with milk, yoghurt, or sprinkled over smoothie bowls.
