There’s so much happening behind the scenes as we develop Whole Harvest Farms, and we’d love you to come along for the journey.

TheAustralian-Grown Innovation Build Demo Day is an opportunity to discover new ideas for Australian horticulture, hear from founders and connect with people working towards a stronger future for our growers.

Hosted by Startupbootcamp Australia, the event brings together growers, founders, industry leaders, investors and others interested in sustainable farming, resource efficiency and supply chain resilience.

Why This Matters to Whole Harvest Farms

As farmers, we know how much work goes into producing a harvest. We also know that beautiful, usable fruit can struggle to find a market because of its appearance, a seasonal glut or limited processing options.

That’s what we’re working to address through Whole Harvest Farms.

Our mobile food-processing project aims to help growers turn surplus and B-grade produce into products such as dried fruit, preserves and frozen pulp. We want to make more of each harvest, reduce waste and create additional income opportunities for farms.

Developing the project means learning, testing ideas and building connections. Support through Startupbootcamp has been part of that journey, helping us develop the business and think through how to turn our vision into a practical service.

Come Along or Tune In

If you’re interested in farming, food processing, reducing food waste or supporting new ideas in Australian agriculture, we’d love you to join the event.

It’s a chance to hear what founders have been building, explore possible partnerships and meet people who share a passion for the future of horticulture.

You can attend in Melbourne or register to join online—making it easier for our friends, customers and fellow growers around Australia to take part.

Be Part of the Journey

Whole Harvest Farms began with a simple question: how can we help farmers make better use of the food they’ve worked so hard to grow?

We’re continuing to build towards that goal, and we’re grateful to everyone encouraging us along the way.
