Dragon Fruit Martini Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1/2 ripe dragon fruit (pink or white flesh), peeled and cubed
- 60 ml (2 oz) vodka
- 15 ml (1/2 oz) triple sec or Cointreau
- 15 ml (1/2 oz) fresh lime juice
- 1-2 teaspoons Wild Vanilla syrup
- Ice cubes
- Thin slice of dragon fruit or lime, for garnish. We had some beautiful home grown dehydrated orange for garnish.
Instructions:

Prepare the Dragon Fruit Puree
In a blender, add the dragon fruit cubes and blend until smooth. Strain the puree through a fine mesh sieve if you prefer a smoother consistency. -
Combine Ingredients in a Shaker
In a cocktail shaker, add the dragon fruit puree, vodka, triple sec, lime juice, and simple syrup. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds. -
Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass for a smooth, vibrant cocktail. -
Garnish and Enjoy
Garnish with a thin slice of dragon fruit or lime on the rim for an elegant finish.
