A Dragon Fruit Martini is an elegant, tropical cocktail with a stunning color and a mildly sweet, exotic flavor. It’s the perfect choice for a unique twist on a classic martini.

Dragon Fruit Martini Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 ripe dragon fruit (pink or white flesh), peeled and cubed
  • 60 ml (2 oz) vodka
  • 15 ml (1/2 oz) triple sec or Cointreau
  • 15 ml (1/2 oz) fresh lime juice
  • 1-2 teaspoons Wild Vanilla syrup
  • Ice cubes
  • Thin slice of dragon fruit or lime, for garnish. We had some beautiful home grown dehydrated orange for garnish. 

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Dragon Fruit Puree
    In a blender, add the dragon fruit cubes and blend until smooth. Strain the puree through a fine mesh sieve if you prefer a smoother consistency.

  2. Combine Ingredients in a Shaker
    In a cocktail shaker, add the dragon fruit puree, vodka, triple sec, lime juice, and simple syrup. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.

  3. Strain and Serve
    Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass for a smooth, vibrant cocktail.

  4. Garnish and Enjoy
    Garnish with a thin slice of dragon fruit or lime on the rim for an elegant finish.
