Homemade Dragon Fruit Syrup – Perfect for Cocktails, Mocktails & Desserts!

Dragon fruit syrup is a vibrant, jewel-toned liquid that’s as beautiful as it is delicious. 🌟
It has a light, fruity sweetness with subtle floral and melon-like notes. Depending on the variety of dragon fruit used (white, pink, or red), the syrup can range from pale pink to deep magenta. 

The texture is smooth and silky, perfect for drizzling over pancakes, ice cream, yogurt, cocktails, or even sparkling water for a tropical twist. 
It tastes fresh, bright, and just lightly tangy — a gorgeous way to capture the essence of dragon fruit in a bottle!

 Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh dragon fruit (red or purple ), mashed
  • ½ cup water
  • ¼ cup brown rice syrup
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ cup sugar

🥄 Instructions:

Blend & Strain: Mash or blend dragon fruit with water, then strain to remove seeds.


Heat: In a saucepan, combine dragon fruit juice, brown rice syrup, honey, and sugar. Simmer on low heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves.


Thicken: Cook for 5-7 minutes until slightly thickened. (It will thicken more as it cools.)

Cool & Store: Let cool, then strain and pour into a sterile glass jar.

Ways to Use:
Cocktails & Mocktails – Mix with soda, lime, and mint for a refreshing drink!
Drizzle over pancakes, waffles, or yogurt for a fruity boost.
Dessert Topping – Pour over ice cream or cheesecake!
