Banana and White Dragon Fruit Ice Cream

The ice cream is light, creamy, and refreshingly tropical. 
The banana gives it a naturally sweet, silky texture, while the white dragon fruit adds a mild, slightly floral flavor with a hint of pear and melon.
It’s cool, smooth, and not overly sweet, making it the perfect treat on a warm day — like a little scoop of tropical paradise!

Ingredients:

  • 2 super ripe bananas - frozen or fresh 
  • 1 cup white dragon fruit (fresh or frozen)
  • 1–2 tablespoons honey 
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla 
  • 300g of cream 

Method:

  1. Peel and chop the bananas, then freeze them if you haven't already.

  2. Scoop out your dragon fruit flesh and freeze it if using fresh.

  3. Blend the frozen banana and dragon fruit in a high-speed blender.

  4. Add a splash vanilla with the cream to help it blend smooth and creamy.

  5. Taste and add honey  if you want it sweeter.

  6.  Pour ingredients into a ice cream machine (They are always available in opp shops and help make creamy ice cream

Optional Add-ins:
✨ A squeeze of lime juice for a zesty twist
✨ A sprinkle of shredded coconut on top
✨ Crushed macadamia nuts for crunch
