The ice cream is light, creamy, and refreshingly tropical.

Ingredients:
- 2 super ripe bananas - frozen or fresh
- 1 cup white dragon fruit (fresh or frozen)
- 1–2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 300g of cream
Method:

Peel and chop the bananas, then freeze them if you haven't already.

Scoop out your dragon fruit flesh and freeze it if using fresh.

Blend the frozen banana and dragon fruit in a high-speed blender.

Add a splash vanilla with the cream to help it blend smooth and creamy.

Taste and add honey if you want it sweeter.

Pour ingredients into a ice cream machine (They are always available in opp shops and help make creamy ice cream
Optional Add-ins:
