Hawaiian Pink Dragon Fruit is a great commercial-quality variety that’s hard to resist. With its vibrant pink flesh and attractive fruit, it’s a standout for both market growers and backyard enthusiasts.

Originally cultivated in Hawaii by local growers, Hawaiian Pink is valued for its reliable production, appealing colour, and broad customer appeal. The fruit offers a pleasant balance of sweetness and freshness, making it ideal for fresh eating, smoothie bowls, desserts, and value-added products.

A strong option for growers seeking a visually striking pink-fleshed dragon fruit with proven performance.

Pollination:
• Self-pollinating Flowered on the 21 November and Fruit Picked 22 November. 31 days from flower to harvest

Flower:
• Large white night-flowering bloom

Growth:
• Good, reliable growth habit

Fruit:
• Skin colour: Red skin with green fins
• Skin thickness: 7mm 
• Flesh colour: Pink
• Flesh texture: Firm with lots f juice
• Fruit size: 700g - 900g

Taste:
• Delouse zesty pineapple  tones. This would taste awesome in a dragon fruit Margaretta. Very refreshing served cold 

Brix:
• 16-18%

Care: 

Plant into an excellent quality potting mix to a depth of 2-3 cm 

Your dragon fruit will be marked with an arrow, plant ^ Arrow points up to the sky.

Regular Fertilizer 

Water once the soil has dried out.

Once rooted transfer onto a post.

All items are posted on a Monday Express post, with Australia Post. If Monday is a public holiday they will be sent the Tuesday or the following Monday depending on the destination. We aim to deliver healthy and happy plants :)
