Using your pruning kit

Use the pruning shears to remove unwanted, damaged or overcrowded growth and to prepare healthy cuttings for propagation. Clean and disinfect the blades between plants to reduce the risk of spreading disease.

Shake the POSCA marker well before use and label clean, dry branches or plant tags with the variety name. Test on a small area first and allow the paint to dry.

Use the grafting tape for grafting or gently securing new growth. Avoid wrapping it too tightly, and check growing plants regularly so the tape does not restrict the stem.
