Hybrid of Rainbow Dragon Fruit -H. Undatus hybrid Thailand and the Philippines

 

Description:

I was sold this from a Queensland hobby grower Rainbow but it has none of rainbows features. It is a variety that I will continue to grow, as the fruit ticks all the boxes for us. 

Red skin with red-purple flesh 

A larger fruit in the first season of fruiting was procuring fruit 300-500g

Self-sterile requires cross-pollination

Thick skin and nice firm flesh 

Round fruit

Great commercial quality fruit.

Thick skin up to 8mm this would make it a great commercial crop. 

Sweet fruit for a larger dragon fruit.

Has hints of Apple. 

Crunchy seedsFirm flesh 

Care: 

Plant into an excellent quality potting mix to a depth of 2-3 cm 

Your dragon fruit will be marked with an arrow, plant ^ Arrow point up to the sky.

Regular Fertilizer 

Water once the soil has dried out.

Once rooted transfer onto a post.
