Ocamponis has a beautiful blue-to-grey colouration on the lobes and an almost slight powdery white coating.
This acts as a natural sunscreen and it can tolerate hot full sun.
Extremely slow-growing, but had regular flushes of flowers once established
The fruit has a deep red flesh with almost a salmony coloured skin

Taste:
With mild taste low acidity and about 15-17% .
The low acid leaves you with a purely sweet delicate taste. Very pleasant to eat.
Ocamponis has a different texture to most other dragon fruit .
