Aztec Gem – Dragon Fruit

Description:

Aztec Gem is a stunning variety producing red skin with rich red-purple flesh, typically reaching around 250g. Although slower growing in its early stages, it becomes highly productive once established — a hardy, reliable and delicious performer.

This is genuinely one of our farm favourites: tough, tasty and consistently fruitful, making it an excellent addition to any post or trellis setup.

Aztec Gem can be self-fertile, however it produces better yields when cross-pollinated.

• Juicy yet firm flesh

• Thin skin approx. 2mm

Care: 

Plant into an excellent quality potting mix to a depth of 2-3 cm 

Your dragon fruit will be marked with an arrow, plant ^ Arrow point up to the sky.

Regular Fertilizer 

Water once the soil has dried out.

Once rooted transfer onto a post.
