If you don't know who Paul Thomson you may know his dragon fruit creations Dark Star, Cosmic Charlie ,PT7 Physical Graffiti , Purple haze and more.

His involvement in co-founding the California Rare Fruit Growers Association further indicates his passion for promoting the cultivation of unusual and rare fruit varieties.
It's important to note that individuals like Paul Thomson, who dedicate themselves to the cultivation and promotion of unique crops, play a crucial role in expanding agricultural diversity and contributing to horticultural knowledge.
Paul Thomson died on May 31, 2008, at the age of 91.
