Taste of them, benefit's in healing and detox from chemicals
Can you please walk me through your history with dragon fruit?
Been growing for them for 5yrs. Currently running trials on how to grow in frost country (-5 to -10). Have had 3 varieties go thru drought fires floods and 2 winters and survive.
For frosts when young I keep on 1.2m benches to keep above most frost.
Planted I use edge of shade, or build microclimates with vetiver grass, old roofing tiles or buildings as heatsinks etc.

What is your Favorite variety and why?
Red outside white inside, is sweetest best flavour when ripen on the plant.
Best tip for growing dragon fruit. Biggest no, no for growing dragon fruit.
Best tip - look after soil microbe health
No no- watering in winter
Biggest challenge for growing dragon fruit you have had?
Trying to establish and grow in -7 frost zone
How do you fertilize?
Organic bio-fertiliser and lots of mulch and animal manures
How many varieties do you currently have?
3 - yellow, red out white in, red and red
What soil did you pot your cutting in?
Dipped in fresh Aloe plant juice then in my custom blend biodynamic growing mix.
