Dragon Fruit Purée Recipe
Ingredients:

2 ripe dragon fruits (red, pink, or white flesh)

1–2 teaspoons lime or lemon juice (optional, to brighten flavor)

1–2 teaspoons honey, agave, or maple syrup (optional, for added sweetness)

Prepare the Fruit:
Cut the dragon fruit in half and scoop out the flesh with a spoon. Discard the skins (or compost them!). -
Blend:
Place the dragon fruit flesh into a blender or food processor. Add lemon or lime juice and sweetener if desired. -
Purée:
Blend until smooth. You can strain it through a fine sieve for an extra smooth finish, especially if you're using it in sauces or drinks. -
Store or Freeze:
Use immediately or pour into ice cube trays and freeze for later use.
