Ingredients
Mix 2 cups - 500g dragon fruit pure
1/4 cup agave syrup
Steps:
Dice dragon fruit and blend into a pure
Mix in Agave syrup
Poor into a shallow metal tin and freeze until firm.
Rake the top off the dragon fruit granita with a fork to serve.
