I have this self-seeding in the garden they die back in April/ May and begin to grow back in June / July. So these make a great no-fuss permaculture plant.
Taste:
Cook Warrigal Greens the way you’d use spinach, chard, silverbeet and bok choy. Iin Spring and Summer, small yellowish flowers will appear these may be eaten too.
Best cooked as the leaves are rich in oxalates, so should be blanched or cooked before eating.

I like to grow as a green mulch in pots this plant will cascade over the edges of your pot.
