Townsend Pink – Hylocereus sp. Dragon fruit

Description:

Pure pink flesh with a soft ombre effect, wrapped in red skin and green fins.
Self-fertile and a reliable performer, this variety handles full sun extremely well, showing minimal burn even in hotter months.

Produces a white flower, with approximately 28 days from bud to flower, and around 30 days from flower to ripe fruit.
Fruit typically ranges from 450–600g, making it a strong option for both backyard and commercial growers.

Townsend Pink is a Hylocereus genus crossed with an unknown species, giving it its unique colour and flavour profile.
Sourced from a Queensland hobby grower.

Taste:

Firm, vibrant pink flesh with sweet nashi-pear flavours and subtle grape notes.
The colour is incredible, and the flavour is truly 5-star quality.
Brix: 19–20

Care: 

Plant into an excellent quality potting mix to a depth of 2-3 cm 

Your dragon fruit will be marked with an arrow, plant ^ Arrow point up to the sky.

Regular Fertilizer 

Water once the soil has dried out.

Once rooted transfer onto a post.
