Taste:
Lemon myrtle leaves have citrus, with delicate menthol essence and a strong lemon flavour, which is sweet and refreshing.
Used in cooking, tea and extract the oil. 
I like to use lemon myrtle oil as a bee attractant to the baited hives to catch swarming European bees,
