Yellow Dragon Fruit

Description:

New 2025

It’s renowned for its exceptional sweetness and strong floral aroma, making it one of the best-flavored dragon fruit varieties. However, its thorns make harvesting tricky compared to other pitaya types

This variety flowers throughout spring and summer in multiple flushes, ensuring a steady production cycle.

A unique late-season autumn flowering allows the plant to hold fruit over winter in a slow-growing state.

This means an early spring harvest, offering fresh, sweet dragon fruit when most other varieties are just beginning to bud for the new season.

Ideal for growers looking to extend their dragon fruit season, this variety is as rewarding as it is delicious! 🌿✨

Has trouble self pollenating even tho it was purchased as self pollenating.
300-350g
Is a much faster grower than original meg. and with bigger fruit. However, does suffer some rust and sun burn which it mostly overcomes due to its fast growing nature
The fruit is produced 4-6 weeks after flowering.

Like Palora, the spines can be easily brushed off with a small brush once the fruit is fully ripe, making harvesting more manageable.

Can be even longer in winter.
