Pink Champagne – Dragon Fruit Variety
Description
Pink Champagne is an exciting and impressive variety developed by a dedicated farmer in Bundaberg, Queensland. This self-fertile dragon fruit is known for its reliability, productivity, and standout visual appeal.
Its white flowers produce high-quality pollen, making it an excellent partner for cross-pollinating self-sterile varieties. Pink Champagne is a vigorous and aggressive grower, capable of producing larger fruit and showing strong potential as a commercial crop.
The fruit features a subtle pink flesh that is beautiful but often difficult to fully capture in photographs—much more striking in person.
