White Sapphire is a standout hybrid named for its beautiful white flower.
It produces red-skinned fruit with green fins and soft pink flesh, making it both eye-catching and delicious.
This hybrid has shorter fins compared to the Spicy Exotics strain, but maintains the same light pink flesh.
It is very productive, consistently setting fruit, and has quickly become one of our farm favourites. begins flowering around November.
Fruit is small to medium in size, and while it can set on its own, it performs noticeably better with cross-pollination.
A tangy-sweet flavour reminiscent of lemonade, with lovely crunchy seeds throughout.
Extremely refreshing and perfect chilled.

Plant into an excellent quality potting mix to a depth of 2-3 cm
Your dragon fruit will be marked with an arrow, plant ^ Arrow point up to the sky.
