Crimson Dragon Fruit – Selenicereus sp.

Description:
Crimson is a fast-growing, self-pollinating dragon fruit variety producing attractive round fruit with red skin and vibrant magenta-purple flesh. The striking colour contrast makes this fruit very visually appealing, both on the plant and when cut open.

The plant produces large white flowers and has shown strong improvement in fruit size as it matures. The first fruit weighed around 160 g, but established plants now regularly produce fruit around 400 g.

Crimson is also valued for its very thick skin, up to 8 mm, which helps protect the fruit during handling and transport. This makes it a good option for commercial growers looking for a durable dragon fruit variety.

Water once the soil has dried out.
