New to our collection in 2022
Lisa is a productive red-fleshed hybrid (Hylocereus polyrhizus × costaricensis) originating from Nicaraguan cultivars. A highly regarded variety known for consistent production and strong climate tolerance.
This plant produces red skin with green fins and deep red flesh, protected by a thick rind (approx. 5mm skin thickness), giving it good handling quality.
Fruit size ranges from 450–550g, making it a medium-sized, market-friendly variety. From flower to harvest, fruit maturity averages around 44 days under warm growing conditions.
Self-sterile — requires cross pollination for reliable fruit set.
Lisa, Rosa and Cebra are considered to share very similar genetics. We sell them under the names they were purchased as; however, slight differences can occur, especially when evaluated under genetic testing or different growing conditions.
Sourced from Nicaraguan lineage and now grown successfully in SEQ conditions.
