Undatus Dragon Fruit – Hylocereus undatus

Description

A reliable white-fleshed dragon fruit variety producing attractive fruit with pink skin and white flesh.

• Self-fertile

• White night-blooming flower

• Pink skin with white flesh

The first fruit weighed 380 g, produced just 8 months after planting from a cutting. As the plant matured, fruit size improved significantly, with the second season producing fruit between 650–800 g.

This variety was sourced from a Yeppoon, Queensland dragon fruit farm.

Taste

BRIX: 12.1–14

A refreshing flavour with tangy citrus notes, slightly more sour than sweet.

Best enjoyed served chilled.

Care: 

Plant into an excellent quality potting mix to a depth of 2-3 cm 

Your dragon fruit will be marked with an arrow, plant ^ Arrow points up to the sky.

Regular Fertilizer 

Water once the soil has dried out.

Once rooted transfer onto a post.
