Okra is a warm-season crop and thrives in heat.

🌱 Planting
- Sow seeds 10mm deep
- Space plants 60cm apart
- Rows 100cm apart
- Can be direct sown or started in trays
Germination:
- 12–14 days
- Ideal soil temp: 23–33°C

- Full sun (minimum 6+ hours daily)
- Well-drained soil rich in organic matter
- Improve soil with compost or aged manure before planting
💧 Watering
- Water when soil is dry ~5cm below surface
- Deep watering is best
- Avoid wetting leaves (helps prevent fungal issues)

- If soil is healthy, little feeding is needed
