American Beauty- H. guatemalensis X H. Undatus USA Dragon Fruit Plant
American beauty originated in the USA.
Produces a round medium fruit (350g-500g)
The colour is a vibrant pink to purple flesh that is almost neon in colour.
A slightly slower-growing Variety but American Beauty is definitely worth the wait.
Very sweet fruit with a flavour similar to grape but with a bit more tang.
Not Red Curly
This was sold to us as red curly but isn't it has been one of our favourites to grow?

Plant into an excellent quality potting mix to a depth of 2-3 cm
Your dragon fruit will be marked with an arrow, plant ^ Arrow point up to the sky.
Water once the soil has dried out.
